What is Strategic Intervention Coaching?

SI – AN INTEGRATIVE APPROACH

Developed by Anthony Robbins and Cole Madanes, Strategic Intervention (also known as SI) is an approach to coaching based on the principles of extracting the most practical and effective forms of strategic action and communication from a variety of disciplines: Ericksonian therapy, strategic family therapy, Human Needs Psychology, organizational psychology, neurolinguistics, psychology of influence, strategic studies, traditions of diplomacy and negotiation, and others (find out more).

What is Cognitive BehAVioural Coaching?

CBC – AN INTEGRATIVE APPROACH

Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC) is an approach to coaching that applies principles and techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help individuals improve their performance, overcome challenges, and achieve personal or professional goals. CBC focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, with the aim of helping individuals develop more effective thinking patterns and behavioural strategies (does it work?).
